About our House Rules.
For everyone’s enjoyment, safety, and to make certain processes easier and better, we have a set of House Rules, which we encourage you to read. One of said House Rules is the requirement for every adult to be verified by SuperHOG.
SuperHOG
Why SuperHOG? What is SuperHOG?
Here is a brief overview by SuperHOG themselves of why you will be asked for information that you may not have been asked to provide before.-
Accidental damage coverage
SuperHOG is the chosen deposit management and verification provider for many property managers, hosts, platforms, online travel agencies, and direct booking sites; and as such they have built a 5-star service for their clients.
During the verification process, you will be presented with two options to cover for the accidental damage coverage: a $50 damage waiver fee, or a potentially-refundable deposit of $500.
Note: these $50 or $500 are not included in the price of the reservation since this is a neutral, 3rd party service provider, and the charges must be kept separate.
If applicable, a second link with superHOG will be used by every adult traveler in the reservation other than the one making the reservation. This other process won’t include the options for the accidental damage coverage since that will be done by the main guest, so it will only be for verification purposes.
We will not be authorized to host you if superHOG does not approve you.
Why accidental damage coverage?
The accidental damages coverage helps with peace of mind. We all make mistakes. Things break, wear off, get stained, etc. If after your stay there are accidental damages under $500, you, our valued guest, will not have to worry about it. And we won’t, either! No further charges, no bad reviews on either side, no hard feelings. Peace of mind.
